First of all Ja is uh-mazing. A general reading was done and Ja starts off with a very nice prayer and breathing exercises to help you feel centered, and I’ll tell you I definitely felt centered. I came to Ja feeling lost, needing guidance, and needing encouragement and I definitely left feeling more confident and strong in myself and determined to become a better me.
